NavVis recently had the opportunity to collaborate with ROM Technik and their end customer VARTA AG to scan a multi-story technical building under construction in Nördlingen, Germany.
ROM Technik, a leading provider of comprehensive building technology solutions across Germany, specializes in offering end-to-end services from a single source. By leveraging NavVis technology, ROM Technik can deliver precise and efficient planning, implementation, and operation services to their clients.
VARTA AG, a renowned German company, manufactures batteries for global automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.

NavVis MLX was used to capture a wide range of spaces within the building and its surroundings.
This included complex technical rooms, large spaces with technical complexity, heavy machinery requiring highly detailed capture, as well as empty office spaces of varying sizes, and challenging narrow walkways, both indoors and outdoors.
