Manual cleaning augments automatic dynamic object filtering

Raw laser scan data, while highly detailed, frequently contains noise and imperfections such as reflections, moving machinery and extraneous elements such as foliage. Without cleaning, these imperfections can lead to misrepresentations and compromise data quality and accuracy.
