Introducing Matt Delano, Global Head of Sales – Laser Scanning
With over two decades of experience in surveying, geospatial technology, and enterprise land administration solutions, Delano is a proven leader in the geospatial industry. Before joining NavVis, he served as the General Manager of Land Administration Solutions at Trimble, where he spearheaded the development and management of their global business unit. His responsibilities ranged from strategic planning and financial performance to product development and mergers and acquisitions.
Delano’s career highlights include securing significant contracts with national land agencies, launching innovative product lines, and integrating technologies through strategic partnerships. His vision and leadership have consistently aligned with the missions of the companies he has served, driving growth and expanding market share. At NavVis, Delano will leverage his deep expertise and visionary approach to further enhance our sales strategies, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the geospatial industry.
Welcoming Nora Arendt, Global Head of Customer Experience
Nora Arendt is an accomplished customer experience executive with almost 20 years of leadership in tech. After starting her career in Silicon Valley, working for a digital marketing startup and PayPal, she spent the last 14 years with Amazon Advertising. At Amazon, she helped build the advertising business serving in a series of sales, account management, and operations roles. She has led teams across Europe, the US, and Japan.
At NavVis, Arendt will lead our Customer Experience organization including the Customer Education, Customer Success Management, and Support Engineering teams. Over the coming months, she will work with these teams to create a high-performing and scalable customer success organization. The aspiration is to complement our best-in-class product to create the industry-leading overall customer value proposition.
